CHT is partnering with a leading client in the healthcare industry to engage a UI/UX Designer with strong data visualization capabilities for a consulting role expected to run a minimum of 6 months . You will play a key part in redefining and modernizing their analytics experience.

What Youll Do

  • Design clean, modern dashboards and reporting experiences that simplify financial, operational, and clinical data.
  • Own the end-to-end UX process, user research, workflows, wireframes, prototypes, usability testing, and iteration.
  • Build and refine high-quality Power BI dashboards and create a consistent visual language across reports.
  • Translate SQL-based datasets and EHR/clinical data into clear, actionable visuals.
  • Collaborate with analytics, reporting, finance, clinical, and IT teams to deliver user-centered reporting solutions.
  • Develop a Power BI design template and contribute to a scalable design system

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of UI/UX design experience with a focus on data-heavy dashboards.
  • Strong portfolio that includes analytics products, dashboards, or reporting redesigns.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI (design/UI/UX lens, not just development).
  • Working knowledge of SQL and comfort partnering with BI teams and data modelers.
  • Experience in healthcare, insurance, Medicare/Medicaid, provider, or clinical environments.
  • Ability to communicate proactively and operate in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.
  • Spanish bilingual preferred.
