Traveling Commercial Superintendent - Hospitality/Resort
Location: Port St. Lucie/Okeechobee, Fl area
Superintendent — Ground-Up Luxury Commercial (St Lucie County - Port St Lucie, Okeechobee)
Be part of a proven, award-winning GC as they grow their East Coast footprint. They’re building landmark, ground-up commercial to projects across Port St. Lucie/Okeechobee areas—and they’re hiring a Traveling Commercial Superintendent candidate preferably experienced in hospitality/resort, amenities, or entertainment/theme park construction.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily field operations and subcontractor coordination
- Keep projects safe, on schedule, and on budget
- Oversee site logistics, inspections, and quality control
- Be the on-site leader driving project success from start to finish
What They’re Looking For
- 10+ years as a Superintendent on $30M+ ground-up projects with experience in hospitality/resort, amenities, or entertainment/theme park building
- Deep knowledge of local subs and market practices
- Strong field leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project or P6 experience a plus
- Proven track record delivering high-quality projects

Compensation: Base $120K–$140K + highly competitive quarterly and annual bonuses.
