Desert Delivery Inc is hiring reliable and motivated Delivery Drivers to join our team for the Christmas season! We are a contracted service provider for FedEx Ground, delivering packages with a focus on safety, efficiency, and exceptional customer service. We dispatch from Aztec NM and service the Farmington area and reservation.
Compensation: $150.00 - $170.00 per day. Overtime available.

Job Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver FedEx Ground packages to homes and businesses
- Follow pre-planned routes and meet delivery schedules
- Load and unload packages (hand trucks provided)
- Maintain accurate delivery records using a handheld device
- Provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years or older
- Valid driver’s license (no CDL required)
- Clean driving record (MVR check required)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Able to work weekends as needed
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
