Core Responsibilities
- Expertly diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair all residential HVAC systems (gas/electric furnaces, heat pumps, AC, mini-splits).
- Perform full system installations and changeouts, ensuring compliance with all local codes.
- Serve as a trusted consultant: Offer ethical recommendations for system replacement options and earn commission on service sales.
Required Qualifications
- Experience (Required): Minimum 5 years of verifiable, hands-on residential HVAC service experience.
- Licensing (Required): Current EPA Section 608 Certification (Universal preferred) and WA Electrical License (06A/06B preferred).
- Driving: Valid WA State Driver’s License with a clean record.
