As a Project Manager , you’ll lead multiple high-end residential projects from concept through completion — ensuring each home reflects our commitment to craftsmanship, integrity, and client care . You’ll guide teams, coordinate with designers and trade partners, and uphold the BCC standard of excellence on every build.

What You’ll Do

• Lead 2–4 concurrent custom home or remodel projects, $750K - $6 Mil
• Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors with precision and accountability.
• Build trusted client relationships grounded in transparency and compassion.
• Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and field teams to achieve design intent.
• Model and reinforce BCC’s values: dedication, humility, pride, compassion, and doing the right thing.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years managing high-end residential or custom-home construction.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership with clients, trades, and design partners.
• Proficiency with construction management tools (Buildertrend or equivalent).
• Hands-on, humble leadership style and readiness to travel between regional job sites.

Preferred: Degree in Construction Management or related field; certifications (PMP, OSHA 30, Lean); experience with luxury or second-home markets in Northern Michigan.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $80,000 – $105,000
