Project Manager – Luxury Commercial
Location: Bonita/Ft. Myers, FL area
Project Manager — Ground-Up, Vertical Construction Luxury Commercial (Bonita/Ft. Myers)
Be part of a proven, award-winning GC in the Southwest Florida area. They’re building landmark, ground-up LUXURY commercial projects across Lee/Collier counties—and they’re hiring a Project Manager experienced in Vertical Construction and local to the Southwest Florida area with strong market knowledge and/or relationships of area construction network and who wants challenging work close to home. Experience in "high-end" finishes is a PLUS! Projects value range from $5M-$15M.
What You’ll Do
- Manage GROUND UP, Vertical Construction projects start-to-finish, ensuring safety, schedule & budget
- Lead subcontractors & project teams with strong communication & accountability
- Oversee schedules ( MS Project or P6) and review documents in Bluebeam
- Drive successful outcomes while building lasting client relationships
What We're Looking For
- 5–7+ years managing large commercial projects in the Southwest Florida market (Lee and Collier counties surrounding areas)—preferably with experience in Senior Living, Multi-Family, Hospitality, or similar
- Experience and knowledge of "high-end" finishes
- Strong knowledge of scheduling & construction management tools
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects $5M+
- Leadership skills with ability to grow with the company

Compensation: Base $120K–$140K + highly competitive quarterly and annual bonuses.
