Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Partner role based in Los Gatos, CA. The Partner will engage in developing and leading client relationships, providing strategic financial advisory, and driving business growth in core areas of investment banking. Additional responsibilities include identifying acquisition opportunities, overseeing deal execution, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes. The role also involves contributing to innovative investment strategies and ensuring alignment with the firms mission and values.

Qualifications

• Expertise in investment banking, private equity, and institutional investor relations
• Proficiency in financial analysis and strategic advisory services
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and deal execution experience
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work on-site in Los Gatos, CA, and lead cross-functional teams effectively
• Advanced degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Proven track record in managing high-level client engagements and achieving business objectives
