Overview

This Marketing Representative role is responsible for online marketing strategies, event planning, vendor liaison, and lead management for Fierce Software. They will oversee all aspects of digital marketing, coordinate events, act as primary contact for Fierce Software partners, and ensure accurate lead tracking in our CRM.

Responsibilities

• Act as main point of contact for vendor partners.
• Planning in-person and virtual events.
• Manage Fierce Software social media platforms.
• Manage the database within Fierce Software CRM to make sure leads are being implemented correctly.

Knowledge & Experience

• Bachelors degree (Business/Marketing preferred)
• Preferred: 2-3 years of experience in public sector marketing.

Skills & Abilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent organizational and presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Salesforce is essential for success in this role
• Ability to work independently
• Creativity is crucial for crafting compelling marketing materials
• Proficient in social media advertising
