$850 Per Lease | Commission-Only | Flexible Schedule

Active Texas Real Estate License Required

Bay Property Management Group (BMG) is actively hiring Licensed Leasing Agents in the Austin Metro Area . No extensive experience required — this role is ideal for newly licensed or early-career real estate agents who are ambitious, coachable, and ready to earn.

We provide leasing volume, structured processes, and support so you can focus on showings, follow-ups, and closing leases.

What You’ll Do

• Show and lease apartments and single-family rental homes
• Respond to rental inquiries via phone, text, and email
• Guide prospects through the leasing process
• Complete move-in inspections using provided checklists
• Communicate with tenants, owners, and internal teams

What You Need

• Active Texas Real Estate License (required)
• Prior leasing experience is preferred, but not required
• Strong communication skills and reliable follow-up
• Motivated, goal-oriented mindset
• Reliable vehicle, smartphone, and laptop
• Availability for evenings and weekends
