We’re hiring experienced interior designers to join our growing team. This is a great fit for someone who loves designing vacation homes, understands hospitality trends, and knows how great design & amenities impact bookings and guest satisfaction.

Compensation:

$75,000 - $90,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Create mood boards and cohesive design concepts aligned with client goals
• Develop and manage furniture and décor plans within budget
• Source furniture, lighting, and décor , and coordinate purchasing
• Prepare installation plans and collaborate with our install team
• Manage 3–4 client projects per month from concept through completion
• Communicate clearly with clients, vendors, and contractors

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of professional interior design experience
• Strong portfolio showing completed design projects
• Experience in hospitality or vacation rental design preferred
• Skilled in digital design and presentation tools
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects
