Nauset Disposal , a proud part of Waste Connections, is actively seeking a Safety-Conscious CDL Route Driver to become a valued member of our growing team.

Job Schedule: Monday to Friday, starting at 6:00 AM, averaging 50 to 55 hours per week, with Saturday work as needed.

Compensation: $27.00 per hour or more, depending on experience.

As a CDL Route Driver, you'll be entrusted with important responsibilities that include:

• Safely operating a garbage truck on designated routes to collect solid waste.
• Reading route sheets and providing service to each customer as instructed by the dispatcher.
• Conducting routine pre and post-route vehicle inspections to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
• Maintaining professional and courteous interactions with customers when necessary.
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Valid Class A or B CDL
• Clean driving record
• At least 1 year of local route driving experience
